Moody Technical Development Solutions LLC ("MTDS") believes that all people should be able to access digital content regardless of ability. We are committed to ensuring that moodytechndev.net is accessible to individuals with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor disabilities.
Accessibility is not just a legal consideration for us — as an IT services provider, we recognize that inclusive technology is better technology.
02 // Standards We Reference
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our primary accessibility standard. Our target conformance level is Level AA.
We also reference guidance from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to digital public-facing content.
03 // Measures We Have Taken
To support accessibility, MTDS has implemented the following:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy (H1–H3)
- Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
- Sufficient color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds
- Keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements
- Responsive design that adapts to all screen sizes and zoom levels
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
- Descriptive link text (no "click here" or ambiguous labels)
- Contact form labels properly associated with their inputs
- Language attribute set on the HTML element (
lang="en")
04 // Known Limitations
We are a small business actively improving our site. Known areas where accessibility may be incomplete:
- Some older page sections may not have been fully audited against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria
- Custom animations and visual effects may not respect all reduced-motion preferences on every browser
- We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit
